Cancellations & refunds

Before you pay

Booking holds your days on a trailer for 24 hours. If you don't pay in that time, the hold ends and the days go back on sale. Nothing is charged.

Until your vinyl goes to print: cancel for a full refund. We send it to print a few days before your first day; your booking page shows when it's printing.
After printing starts: we keep the $300 print & install fee (the vinyl is made for you) and refund every day that hasn't been driven yet.
Days already driven are not refunded.

To cancel a paid booking, call or text us. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show up in 5–10 business days.

Bad weather, a breakdown or a road closure can stop a run. When that happens we'll offer you another day, or refund that day in full — your choice.

If we cancel your booking for any reason other than a breach of our terms, you get a full refund.
