This page explains what Seen! Mobile Ads collects on seenmobileads.app, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We don't sell your information.

What we collect

• When you ask for a quote or about driving: your name, phone, email, business, area, and your answers.
• When you create an account: your name and email (sign-in runs on our own sign-in service), and the phone and business name you add.
• When you book: your route, dates, hours and the ad files you upload or design.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We see that you paid and the amount, never your full card number.
• Drivers: while a route is being driven, the phone's location and the photos taken, so we can prove the run to the advertiser and pay the driver.
• How you found us: if you arrive from an ad or another site, we note which one (for example a Facebook ad) and attach it to your request or booking.

Cookies and ads

We use a cookie to keep you signed in and one to remember which ad or site sent you (kept 90 days). We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our ads — it tells Meta when someone visits, asks for a quote or books, so we can see which ads work and show ads to people likely to be interested. You can limit this in your Facebook ad settings or by blocking third-party cookies.

How we use it

To answer you, run and prove your bookings, take payments, send you emails about your bookings, pay drivers, keep the service safe, and improve our ads. We email you about your requests and bookings; we don't send marketing email without asking.

Who else handles it

Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (email delivery and our domain), Meta (ad measurement, as above), OpenStreetMap services (maps, address lookup and routing — only map points, not your name), and our image designer provider (only the words and colors you enter in the AI designer). We share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Requests and bookings are kept while we do business with you and for our tax and legal records. Driver location data is kept with the booking it proves. Encrypted backups are kept for a limited time.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it — call or text us, or use “Delete my account” on your Account page. We'll keep only what the law requires (for example, payment records).

Seen is for businesses and adults; we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
