Terms of service

These terms cover using seenmobileads.app and booking advertising on Seen! Mobile Ads billboard trailers. By creating an account or booking, you agree to them.

What you book

Your ad is printed on vinyl and mounted on a 10 × 22 ft billboard trailer that a Seen driver tows along the route you choose, for the days and hours you book. Routes stick to main streets and, when you choose, truck routes. The exact path can change for traffic, closures, police instructions or safety.

We report what was driven (route, miles, photos), but we don't promise a number of views or results.

Booking and payment

• Prices: $75 per trailer hour, $40 fuel per day and $300 print & install per booking, unless we quote you otherwise in writing.
• Your first day is at least 5 days after booking so we can print and install your vinyl. You can book up to 120 days ahead.
• Booking holds your days for 24 hours; paying confirms them. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
• Cancellations and refunds follow our cancellation policy.

Your ad

• You confirm you have the right to use everything in your ad (words, logos, photos) and that it is truthful and legal.
• We may refuse or ask you to change an ad that is illegal, misleading, hateful, sexually explicit, or that could put drivers or the public at risk. If we refuse an ad after you paid and you can't fix it, we refund you in full.
• Political ads must show "Paid for by" and the committee name, and you are responsible for any filing rules that apply to you.
• Designs made with our AI designer are yours to use. Read every word before you approve one — we print what you approve.
• We may photograph the trailer with your ad to show you proof of your runs and, unless you tell us not to, as an example of our work.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in private; you are responsible for what is done with your account. Drivers must be approved by us before taking routes.

Limits

Our total responsibility for any booking is limited to what you paid for it. We aren't responsible for lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under New York law that can't be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Bookings already paid keep the terms they were made under.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
